Terms and Conditions

Preamble :

These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between the company SAQI COFFEE ARTISAN, SASU with capital of €1,000, whose head office is located at 537 Rocade Sud 97440 Saint-André, SIREN 984 380 808, and any person making a purchase via the website https://www.saqicoffee.com/, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Article 1: Purpose

These conditions aim to define the terms of sale between SAQI COFFEE and the Customer, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the monitoring of this order between the contracting parties.

Article 2: Availability and presentation

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of the product after placing the order, the Customer will be informed by email. The order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

Article 3: Price

Prices are presented in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT), in accordance with article 293B of the CGI (General Tax Code). SAQI COFFEE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in force indicated at the time of the order.

Article 4: Order

The Customer can place an order on the Website. The ordering process consists of several steps where the Customer must validate his basket, check the contents of the order (including the quantity and specifications of the products), enter the delivery address, the payment method and finally confirm the order after reviewing and accepting the General Terms and Conditions. Once the order is finalized, the Customer will receive a confirmation by email.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due in full upon confirmation of the order. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Online payments are secured by a data encryption protocol to protect all data related to personal information and means of payment.

Article 6: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The risks will be borne by the Customer from the date on which the products ordered leave the premises of SAQI COFFEE. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery, in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.

Article 7: Withdrawal

The Customer, a non-professional individual, has a 7-day withdrawal period from the delivery of the items to return them to SAQI COFFEE for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs, in accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.

Article 8: Guarantees and liability

SAQI COFFEE is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity, pursuant to articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, and that relating to defects in the item sold, under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 9: Intellectual property

All elements of the SAQI COFFEE website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of SAQI COFFEE. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site without the written consent of SAQI COFFEE.

Article 10: Personal data

SAQI COFFEE treats information concerning its customers with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.

Article 11: Archiving Proof

SAQI COFFEE will archive orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

Article 12: Dispute Resolution

These online sales conditions are subject to French law. All disputes relating to these conditions, concerning their validity, interpretation, execution and their consequences will be submitted to the courts of Reunion.
