Our passion for coffee began in the enchanting lands of the Middle East, where specialty coffee, with its complex aromas and age-old brewing methods, captured our imagination.
Inspired by this discovery, we decided to dive deeper into the world of coffee by embracing the role of “Home Barista”. Our thirst for knowledge naturally led us to home roasting, where we refined our technique to extract the quintessence of each bean.

This innovative concept echoes the rich heritage of coffee, connecting it to Reunion Island, a historic coffee crossroads in the early 18th century. The island, with its exceptional terroir and history, represents the ideal place to rekindle our coffee roots.
Origin of the word "SAQI"
In Arabic poetic art, the "saqi" is much more than a drink server. He is the emblematic figure who awakens the senses, invites escape and serves as a bridge to unexplored spiritual horizons. Through his gestures, the saqi not only offers a drink, but above all a true immersion in love and sharing.
